How to upload images

As you know, Hester uses BBCode. That means, to upload an image into the forum, you have to use a link to your image.

I find it the easiest to use Imgur. But you can use any other image uploading website.

So, buckle up and let me show you!

When creating a new post/thread and you want to insert a picture, you have to click this button up in your tool menu:

You will see a little pop up that asks you to insert a link. For that you have to upload your image to any platform that works like Imgur or tinypic.

You then copy the link that the image platform provides for you, you don't have to use coded links with any additions like 

[ img ] or anything like that. Just insert that "sharing link" (as it's called on many platforms) and insert it in the pop up. 

Click "Insert Image" and you're done. The image should now appear in the Preview text.

If it for some reason doesn't work, use another image uploading platform. Imgur has...phases sometimes.
